RoboApply was founded in 2023 out of frustration with the inefficiencies in the job application process.
While job hunting in 2023, the founder encountered the growing demand for jobs, which required submitting hundreds of applications to secure even one interview. They quickly discovered that companies were using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to filter resumes based on keywords. It became clear that the job search process needed to be more than just a one size fits all approach. This realization led to the creation of RoboApply an AI powered platform designed to help job seekers automate their application processes, ensuring efficiency and better chances of landing their dream jobs.
